Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service purchase
- Services not yet rendered are fully eligible for a refund
- Partially completed services may qualify for a proportional partial refund
- Completed services are generally non-refundable unless service quality was demonstrably unsatisfactory
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and a clear reason for the request. We aim to review and process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from third-party services (such as Amazon’s own Alexa infrastructure), incorrect information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
